To qualify for a return or replacement:

  1. You must provide clear photo or video proof of the defect immediately upon receiving your parcel.

  2. The return request must be made within the first 30 days of receiving your order.

  3. The gemstone must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging and documents included.

After verification, we will process your return or issue a replacement/refund according to your preference.
Please note that returns requested after 30 days or without proof of defect will not be accepted.
